Surviving Sudden Cardiac Death, at www.survivingsuddencardiacdeath.com, is a personal website operated by Liz Curtis. It shares my experience surviving sudden cardiac arrest and resources for survivors and their families.

Information you send me

You can read this site without creating an account or submitting information. If you email me at survivingscd@gmail.com, I receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. I use that information to read and respond to your message.

Google’s Gmail service processes and stores email sent to that address under its own privacy practices. I do not add email correspondents to a mailing list or use their messages for advertising. I will not publish your message or identifying details without your permission.

Please avoid sending medical records or other highly sensitive medical details. This site is not a medical service, and email is not a secure channel for medical information.

Information processed by Wix

Wix hosts this site. To provide, maintain, and secure it, Wix may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, and visit times.
